Profile & branding

Goal: make the client portal look like your business instead of FrameCourier — your logo, your accent color, and your own welcome message.

Prerequisites

  • You must be an adminSettings is only visible to admins.
  1. From the sidebar, go to Settings, then click the Client Portal tab.
  2. Upload a Logo (JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WebP, up to 5 MB). Tick Remove current logo if you want to clear it instead.
  3. Upload a Browser tab icon (favicon) — the small icon shown in the browser tab next to your portal's page title, so clients can spot your portal among other open tabs. Same accepted formats as the logo; it's automatically cropped and resized to fit. Tick Remove custom favicon to go back to the default.
  4. Upload a Login background image (JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WebP, up to 10 MB), shown fullscreen behind your branded login card. Tick Remove current image to clear it.
  5. Set a Display name — shown across the client portal. Leave it blank to fall back to your company name.
  6. Pick an Accent color using the color picker. It's applied to buttons and highlights in the client portal.
  7. Write a Login welcome message (up to 500 characters), shown on your branded login page.
  8. Click Save Branding.
The same Client Portal tab is also where you choose the subdomain your clients log in at (e.g. yourname.framecourier.com) — set that first if you haven't already, using Save Address.

Where your branding shows up

Your logo, display name, accent color, and welcome message appear on your clients' branded login page and throughout the client portal they use to view galleries and video collections — your clients see your branding there instead of the FrameCourier logo. The login background image is specific to the login page itself, and the favicon shows up in the browser tab wherever the client portal is open.

Accent colors must be a hex value like #6366f1 — the color picker handles this for you automatically.
