Plan limits
Goal: a quick reference for storage quota by plan, and how add-on storage stacks on top.
Storage by plan

Storage is shared across your entire company — it isn't split per team member or per client. Every
photo and video your company stores counts against the same quota.
Gallery retention
On the Free plan, each gallery and video collection is kept for 45 days from upload (read-only from day 30, hidden from clients at day 45, permanently deleted at day 75). Paid plans and any storage add-on block have no retention limit. See Free plan retention.
Add-on storage
On any plan, you can buy extra storage in 5 GB blocks that stack on top of your plan's base quota — useful if you're only slightly over your limit and don't want to move up a whole tier. See Billing to add one.
