Disk usage & storage

Goal: see what's taking up your storage quota, understand the low-storage banner, and free up space or upgrade before uploads get blocked.

Prerequisites

  • Any company user can access Disk Usage from the account menu in the topbar (Disk Usage).

Reading the breakdown

  1. Open Disk Usage from the account menu.
  2. Each row lists a client, with columns for Photos, Videos, and Total storage used.
  3. A row labeled Company owned (marked with a building icon) covers media in galleries and collections that aren't assigned to any client.
  4. The table footer shows grand totals across photos, videos, and everything combined.
Use this page to find your biggest clients or galleries before deciding what to archive, download, or delete — it's the fastest way to see where your storage is actually going.

The storage warning banner

Once your company's usage reaches 80% of its plan quota, a banner appears at the top of every admin page: "You're running low on storage (X% used)." At 100% usage the banner switches to "Storage is full — new uploads are blocked." Either version links straight to Billing to upgrade or buy more storage.

The banner only appears once you cross the 80% threshold — if your usage is healthy, you won't see it at all.

Freeing up space or upgrading

If you're running low, you have two options: remove media you no longer need (delete old galleries or collections, or individual photos/videos within them), or increase your quota — either by moving to a larger plan tier or buying a 10 GB add-on block from Billing.
