Time report

Goal: see all logged time in one place, filtered how you need it, add or correct entries, and export it for your bookkeeper.

Opening the report

When Tasks is enabled, a Time tab appears next to Tasks at the top of the Tasks page. It opens the Time Report, which covers the current month by default.

Filters

Narrow the report by date range, client, project, or team member. The three summary tables (by client, by project, by team member) and the detail list below them all update together.

Adding time without a task

Add time (next to Export CSV) logs a one-off entry that isn't tied to any task — a meeting, a phone call, admin work. Give it a short label, a date, and hours; optionally attach a client or project so it still shows up when the report is filtered that way. These entries appear in the detail list and every summary alongside task time.

Fixing an entry

Each row in the detail list has Edit and Delete buttons. Edit lets you correct the hours, date, and note on any entry — and for task-less entries, the label and client/project too. You can change entries you logged; admins can change anyone's. Delete asks for confirmation and can't be undone.

CSV export

Export CSV downloads one row per time entry — date, hours, team member, task, project, client, note — matching whatever filters are set. Open it in any spreadsheet to total or pivot it however your bookkeeping needs.

Team members with restricted access see only their own hours in the report.
