Emails not arriving
Goal: work out why a client invite, notification, or password reset email hasn't shown up, and what you can actually do about it.
Symptom: a client says they never got their invite (or a notification email never arrived)
Cause
FrameCourier sends invites, notifications, and password reset emails automatically. If a message doesn't arrive, the cause is usually the message landing somewhere unexpected on the recipient's side, a typo in the address, or (less commonly) a temporary delivery delay — not something configured from inside the app.
Email delivery is handled for you — there's no in-app mail settings screen for a company
admin or user. If you're not receiving emails, follow the steps below rather than looking in Settings.
Fix
- Ask the recipient to check their spam or junk folder — this is by far the most common cause.
- Double-check the email address on file is spelled correctly — a typo means the message never had a chance of arriving.
- For a client invite specifically, go to Client users & invites and use Resend to send it again, or Copy invite link to hand the link to the client through another channel entirely.
- If email still isn't arriving after checking spam, confirming the address, and resending, contact support — the issue is likely on the mail-sending side and our team can investigate.
Client invite links can also be copied and shared manually from
Client users & invites any time — you don't have to wait on email
delivery to get a client into their gallery.
