Referral rewards
Goal: earn bonus storage by inviting other companies to FrameCourier. Each verified referral adds +1 GB to your account, up to 20 GB total.
Prerequisites
- You must be signed in as an admin — Referrals is available from the account menu in the topbar for all company users, but the page itself requires admin access.
How referrals work
You invite another company using either a copyable referral link or an email invitation. When the referred company signs up and its admin verifies their email, your account earns +1 GB of bonus storage. The bonus is one-sided — only you (the referrer) receive extra storage.
You can earn up to 20 GB of bonus storage (20 verified referrals). Referrals past the cap
still record but add no storage.
Inviting companies
- Open Referrals from the account menu in the topbar.
- Your Referral link is shown at the top with a Copy button — share this link directly with anyone.
- To send email invites, use the Send email invites section. Enter one or more email addresses. Each recipient receives a branded invitation with your referral link.
- The referral list shows every invitation: recipient (email or company name), status badge, and date.
Referral statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Invited | An email invitation was sent; the recipient hasn't signed up yet. |
| Signed up, pending verification | The recipient registered but hasn't verified their email yet. |
| Verified | The recipient verified their email and you earned the bonus. |
| Expired | A stale invitation that was never used. |
Tracking your bonus
The Referrals page shows a summary of your earned bonus, e.g. "You've earned 6 GB of bonus storage (of 20 GB cap)." Your total plan quota on the Billing page also reflects the referral bonus — a note like "Includes +6 GB from referrals" appears under the storage meter when a bonus is active.
