Notifications
Goal: stay informed about activity on your account through the in-app notification bell and email alerts.
How notifications work
Notifications are sent automatically when key events happen. There are no per-user preferences — everyone receives all notifications for their role (admin or client). Each event generates one in-app notification and one email.

The bell icon in the top navigation always shows your unread count. Click it to open a dropdown with the 5 most recent notifications:
- Each row shows the message and a relative timestamp (e.g. "2h ago").
- Unread items have a dot indicator.
- Click a notification to navigate to the relevant page (all unread are marked read at once).
- Use Mark all read to clear all unread badges at once.
- Click View all → to open the full notifications page.

The Notifications page shows a paginated list (25 per page) of every notification. Unread rows are highlighted. Use Mark all read at the top to clear everything at once.
Events that trigger notifications
