Create your account & plan

Goal: sign up your company, land in the admin dashboard, and understand which storage plan you're on.

Before you start

You'll need your company name, your name, a work email, and a subdomain (used as yourcompany.framecourier.com). No credit card is required to create the account itself.

  1. Go to framecourier.com/register.php and fill in your Company Name, First/Last Name, Email, and a Subdomain. The subdomain auto-fills from your company name as you type, but you can edit it.
  2. Choose a Password (minimum 8 characters, including a letter and a number) and confirm it.
  3. Submit the form. FrameCourier creates your company and creates you as its first company user with the admin role, then shows a “Check your email” screen. You are not signed in yet.
  4. Open the verification email and click the link. That confirms your address, signs you in, and — if you arrived at registration from a specific plan link (for example from the pricing page) — sends you to checkout for that plan. Otherwise you land straight on the admin dashboard on the Free plan.
The verification step applies to self-serve signups only. Teammates you add from Team Members are pre-verified and never see it, and client contacts you invite use their own separate invite link.
Link didn't arrive? Check your spam folder. If you try to log in before verifying, the login page tells you the account is unverified and offers a resend button (you can request a fresh link once every couple of minutes).
The signup form is protected against bots — you may see a quick “verify you're human” check, and there's a limit on how many accounts one network can create per hour. Normal signups won't notice it.
That first sign-in is also the moment onboarding kicks in: new companies see a guided tour and a welcome screen with next steps.

Storage plans

Every company has a plan that determines how much storage it gets:

  • Free — 3 GB
  • Starter — 100 GB
  • Pro — 500 GB
  • Studio — 2000 GB

You can also add extra storage in blocks on top of your plan's base quota. After a successful checkout (or for the Free plan, right after signup), you'll see a welcome screen confirming your plan and total storage, with quick links to add your first client, upload a gallery, create a video collection, and customize your branding.

You can change plans or add storage later from Account menu → Billing.
